Training has been on hold for a few weeks.
– Trying to get back into the training process.
– Grading has been delayed until October 2010

– 3 x rounds on 3 minute sparring
– 150 situps.
-3 x rounds of heavy bag work
2 hours training
Lots of shadow boxing, 15 rounds in total.
17 Rounds on skipping
12 – Rounds on the heavy bags
Weights
Training again – This week has been very busy.
Monday – 1 hours training to the morning
Tuesday -1 Hours in the morning and 1 hours in the evening
Wednesday – 1 hour in the morning and 3 hours in the evening
Thursday -1 Hour in the morning, Kickboxing in the evening
Friday – Day off training.
– Back to training on the Monday now.
Training for last week –
Monday – Skipping x 14 Round. 8 x Rounds on the Bag
Tuesday – Skipping x 10 Rounds 10x Rounds on the Bag.
Wednesday – Skipping x 10 Rounds, 12 Rounds on the Bag.
Thursday – Kickboxing.
I will trekking up Mount Snowdon on the 17th October 2009,

This is also for a World Record must blackbelts up Snowdon,
Tuesday Kung-FU Training, 45mins, Street self defense 1-8,
Further training on Wednesday – more Kung FU, and Kickboxing- Far Q.
Training this week been training regular getting in about 20 minutes of running, 200 situps every other day.
Grading on Thursday this week.
